Personalized workout plans are tailored to fit specific needs. Curriculum is based on National Academy of Sports Medicine recommendations.
Variety of techniques to improve quickness, speed, and agility. Equipment used includes ladders, bosu ball, medicine ball, jump box, balance beam, power tower, weights, heavy bag, etc. Some kickboxing techniques are also used if client requests.
Clients will receive a gentle, slow manual stretching session. Excellent for athletes. Manual, passive stretching will allow for a greater range of motion to increase sports performance. This is NOT a massage session nor a PT or AT session. This is a preventive measure for athletes, as their muscles will be gently stretched before or after sports performances.
All types of yoga offered. Most popular is yoga for Athletes. Chair yoga is also available for those that have specific needs. Certified in Teen chair yoga.
Course completion in nutrition coaching. Specialized meal plans are NOT offered and should ONLY be prescribed by registered dieticians. Nutrition coaching offers general guidance to fit a type of lifestyle, especially athletes.
